Dude at the front counter was very nice. He didn't even get mad when the guy ahead of me started to brew a pot of coffee onto the floor.

They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place for any repairs you may need. They are personable, professional and reasonably priced.

Always appreciate the thoroughness of the complimentary inspections (even though I only came in for an oil change). Good advice (for prioritizing what really needs done) but never any pressure.

I was an oil change place close to Honest 1 and all my break lights went out. My car was having Electrical problems a couple of months before this. I took it to two different shops and they could not figure it out or gave me the wrong info. So on the day I found out all my break lights were not working, I called honest 1. They told me to drop off the car and they gave me a loaner. Next day my car was fixed. They figured out it was a sensor and no problems. They went out of their way to figure out what was wrong and it was done fast

They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car in the garage. They made recommendations about what repairs were necessary for safety and which could wait. They accidentally cross-threaded the drain plug for the oil pan, which damaged it, causing leaking. They took care of it and replaced it for free.

Fast and friendly service. Used a coupon from the website to get an oil change for $19...that's a great deal! Also had my AC fixed. Customer waiting area is clean and the smells from the garage do not permeate the waiting area. Snacks and beverages are provided. I decided to try this place out because it's walking distance from my house, so very convenient. Employee was friendly and clearly explained what work had been done on my car. Price was reasonable.
