Went to H1 to get an alignment after putting new tires on. Awesome service and knowledgeable employees. Got there right at my scheduled time and was told it could take an hour was in and out in 38 minutes! Waiting area is cozy and comfy. Service was completed and I was treated very well. Would absolutely recommend H1 to anyone in the neighborhood! Close, convenient, and professional service, Thanks Guys!

I'm compelled to write a review because of the experience I had bringing my 2010 Explorer to this shop. I brought my truck in because I thought it rode rough over bumps and ruts and the way it handled on snow and ice (slow down). The technician took it for a test drive, then put it up on the rack and checked it out. They told my everything looked good and nothing needed repair. They had me take a drive with the tech and he assured me things were working properly. I spoke to the Service Advisor at the end and he advised me of things I might consider in the future with estimates, which seemed very reasonable. I was shocked when I asked them what I owed them and they said no charge. I'm very impressed with the service I received at Honest-1 Auto Care - Hamline-Hoyt. and am relieved to know of an auto shop I trust and feel comfortable with when I have car issues.

Again, I had incredible service. Everyone I spoke to clearly walked me through the needed repairs, what could be done now and what could be done later. I had an emergency alternator repair on a busy day. They got me all fixed up and back on the road. Friendly and efficient. Definitely going to them again.

I have gone here for years, always amazing service at a good price and friendly people. Billy is the best!

Tony on staff was real knowledgeable about recommending different fluid changes and inspections to make with my during the next six months and my synthetic oil change went very smooth & timely.
