I had them ck front end alignment. Rather than charge for alignment, they told me it was Ok and billed me less than 1/2 of alignment. Honesty is appreciated.

On Saturday morning of New Year's eve, while traveling home to Willmar, the belt tensioner on my 2002 Dodge Caravan decided to fail. I made a call to the Hamline Hoyt Honest-1 location and they were able to get me in and out in just a few hours. The price was fair and I am confident the problem has been resolved. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. The staff was professional and courteous. I certainly recommend this location (and other H-1 Auto Care locations) based on my experience.

I ventured into Honest-1 today for the first time to have a new battery installed. I assumed it was on its last lap due to age and recent problems of not starting. They thoroughly checked out the battery and all related systems and found nothing wrong I'm happy to report! And when I picked the car up they said "no charge" when I asked "how much"! I'll be back.
